My client, who is world wide manufacturer and distributor of Optics, Lasers and Photonic products, seeks an experienced Account Manager.

This position is responsible for the managing and carrying out of the required selling, and customer support processes, including the identification and qualification of prospective customers and the development, management and carrying out of relevant responsive and successful selling strategies.

You will be responsible for identifying high probability customer prospects, and developing and maintaining professional and profitable customer relationships.

You will also be expected to undertake regular customer visits, technical meetings and attend relevant trade shows.

As well as negotiating pricing, and service you will be responsible for presenting proposals and have a strong desire to reach a successful closure.

You will also be actively involved with customer support programs and concurrent engineering and development projects.

As an individual you will be educated to degree level with a proven sales history, and have a high level of motivation and sales acumen.

We are encouraging all our candidates to apply for the following:

On an initial 2 year student visa during which time they will undertake either NVQ Level 2 & 3 or NVQ 3 and 4 qualifications in Health and Social Care (Care Assistants who currently only possess Caregiver qualifications in the Philippines with TESDA certification). Experience will be advantage (1-2 years)

All these qualifications are work related and competence based; there are no formal examinations just regular assessments by a government registered training organisation. The student MUST leave the UK at the end of their studies and or on the expiry of their visa. They can then apply for a work permit through a sponsorship for jobs in the UK which require NVQ Level 3. Point system for skilled workers will be introduced in UK in about 14 months time, and it will be very useful that you posses NVQ3.

English NVQs are internationally recognised qualifications.

Work Training Criteria
Job Title: Carer or Senior Carers assistance
Locations: Throughout the UK but rarely in London
Course Duration: 2 years per course: NVQ2 / NVQ3 or NVQ4 (level B.Sc.)

The course will either be NVQ-2 & NVQ-3 or NVQ-3 & NVQ-4

1. Annual Salary: 11, 500 - 14,500 pounds but not below the minimum wage set by UK law Hourly Rate 5.52 - 7.00 pounds
2. Net monthly: Approximately 700 – 1000 pounds
3. Typical Rent: 50-80 pounds per week
4. Work involved: Looking after the elderly and people with learning disabilities.
5. Reference: Must provide 2 references that worked in this set up
6. Reporting: To Nurse in charge (Nursing Home) or Manager (Residential Care Home)
7. English: As a guideline, must have equivalent to IELTS 5.5 band score
8. After course: May be allowed to Stay with sponsorship
9. Course Benefits UK qualification will allow you to immigrate to CANADA / AUSTRALIA / USA & Europe.
10. Relatives & Friends If you have relatives or friends that willing to write a letter of support it may act as a bonus for Visa Application

We can arrange a loan for you, through low interest rate through a leading lending company once your visa approved.

Fees Structure:
1. You pay only 25,000 as depsoit the total cost after the visa PHP From 200.000 Depending on the Training Center for the college fees.

2. You will pay for the Airfare (around 35,000), and medical (P 3,600.00)

3. You will pay for the visa application (P 8,910.00)

4. 1,400.00-1,500.00 Pounds Balance of the course fee to be paid in 15 months installment in UK.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. Diploma/degree holder in any allied medical field Nursing, Physical therapist, nursing assistance, nursing Aid, Medical technologist with Nursing practice, board passers or under board are welcome, (Midwifery and Care giver courses passers) working experience with an elderly set up is an advantage.
2. Proficient in English (speaking & writing skills equivalent to IELTS band of 5.5) as a guideline.
3. Two references (must be on employer’s letterhead)
4. NBI and medical exam tests
5. Valid Passport
6. Nurses & Physiotherapist but under board are welcome
