This is an excellent position to increase on the skills you already have, working in a fast paced customer service environment. Your role would include answering the telephone, dealing with customer queries to give them the ultimate first time resolution. Your role also includes updating customer accounts, regarding there account and query they may have.
Previous customer service experience is required along with admin or data entry skills.
GCSE GRADES A - C in Maths and English essential
Shifts between 8am and 6pm
